New Weight Loss Visit
Please allow 15 minutes for the initial visit with Dr. Free. After making the appointment, you'll fill out a medical and weight loss history questionnaire and will receive a link for the visit and instructions about how to connect for the visit. The charge for the initial consultation is $75 and will include a comprehensive review of your medical history, a discussion of the weight loss options, and creation of an individualized weight loss program with a prescription for a weight loss medication sent to your local pharmacy if indicated. Weight Loss Followup Visit
Once you've established care with us and started on your weight loss journey, you will have regular online followup visits (which often may not require a live video visit). Depending on your treatment goals and needs, followup maybe monthly, every other month, or every third month and will be determined during each visit. At the followup visit, Dr. Free will review your treatment goals and progress, discuss any issues or difficulties since the last visit, and continue to work on your individual treatment program. Online Second Opinion
If you are in need of a second opinion for possible bariatric surgery or for a current weight loss program you are participating in, Dr. Free can provide a customized assessment to address your weight loss goals and make recommendations for optimizing your success. You will receive a detailed questionnaire about your situation that Dr. Free will review and make recommendations that can be shared with your physician or weight loss program.
